DMCA Policy
"Bread Machine Raspberry Jam" ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright owners to notify "Bread Machine Raspberry Jam" of alleged infringement, and for users to submit counter-notifications when their content has been removed by mistake.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the "Bread Machine Raspberry Jam" website or services, please send a written DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must substantially contain the following information:
- An identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- An identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit "Bread Machine Raspberry Jam" to locate the material (e.g., specific URLs).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit "Bread Machine Raspberry Jam" to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

- An identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.

- A statement that the subscriber consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if the subscriber's address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which "Bread Machine Raspberry Jam" may be found, and that the subscriber will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.
